DreamsBoats is marine tours operation based in Dubai in United Arab Emirates. The service is provided according to the terms and conditions stated in this document, along with other contracts and policies agreed upon by the parties.
By making a reservation with DreamsBoats, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to comply with them.
By using DreamsBoats services, you agree to this agreement and acknowledge that you are legally bound by the terms and conditions stated in this document or its amendments. Your use of the website or engagement with us in any agreement is considered an electronic signature to this agreement.

Definitions of Terms
In this agreement, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms have the meanings indicated:
“Site” or “Company” or “We” or “First-Person Pronouns” or “Ownership Pronouns”: Refers to the DreamsBoats website and company.
“User” or “Client” or “You” or “Second-Person Pronouns”: Means the person who visits, uses, registers membership on the website, or books one of our sea trips.
“Agreement” refers to this document and its contained terms and conditions, as well as the privacy policy, all service provision policies, all agreements and policies supplementing and executing your agreement with us, in addition to any other added policies or contracts by us.
“Parties of the Agreement” refers to all individuals subjected to the terms and conditions stated in this agreement, including their rights and obligations.
“Trip” refers to the sea trips operated by DreamsBoats according to the times, locations, dates, and duration specified by us.

General Booking Policies
– You acknowledge having the necessary legal capacity to enter and agree to this agreement and have full, unrestricted legal authority under the following conditions:
– Those booking a sea trip with us must be at least eighteen years old.
– Children can book a sea trip with us if accompanied by an adult or guardian adhering to safety instructions issued by DreamsBoats.
– Users utilizing the website must have the legal capacity to enter contracts and not be affected by any incapacity. We are not responsible for verifying the eligibility of any website users.
– You acknowledge that the sea trip will not negatively impact your health and that you do not have any illness or health issue prohibiting your participation in the trip.
– Please note that in case of non-attendance at the scheduled sea trip, you will not be entitled to a new reservation or a refund.
– We will prioritize all customers based on their booking details with us (“day, date, time, “).
– Late customers will not be allowed to affect subsequent departure times, so you must arrive before the scheduled time indicated in your booking details.
– DreamsBoats is not responsible for factors beyond its control that may cause customer delays, such as delayed passenger services, traffic difficulties, parking, flight delays, etc.
– DreamsBoats reserves the right to change your booking time or day due to operational needs or other company commitments only when necessary.
– DreamsBoats reserves the right, for safety reasons or otherwise, to cancel any scheduled trip and will notify you accordingly.
– In case of cancellation, DreamsBoats will refund the booking amount or reschedule your booking free of charge.
– We do not assume any responsibility beyond what is mentioned in this document, including travel expenses or any other pocket expenses related to cancellations.

Booking and Payment Policies
• Payment can be made through payment gateways or payment links we provide using Visa/MasterCard credit/debit cards in UAE Dirhams or through the website in case of vacant reservations via the site.
• The cardholder should retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies and rules.
• All credit/debit card details or information will not be stored, sold, shared, or rented to any third party.
• Please note that all prices are in UAE Dirhams and inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).
• Regarding financial transactions, we are not responsible for money transfers, transfer errors, or protection against hacking.

Cancellation and Refund Policies
• The customer has the right to request the cancellation of the trip 24 hours before its scheduled time or reschedule it.For One Time Only
• If the customer requests cancellation as per the aforementioned clause, they will bear the cancellation fee, which amounts to 10% of the paid amount. as well as bank transfer fees within the United Arab Emirates or bank transfer fees outside the United Arab Emirates.
• In case of No-show or late arrival, you will not be entitled to a refund of the booking value or to get an alternative trip.
• In the event of a refund to the customer, the refund of funds will only be through the original payment method.
• We reserve the right, based on reasonable grounds provided by the customer with documented proof of emergency circumstances, to reschedule the trip. However, acceptance of these reasons, rescheduling of the trip, or refund of the booking amount is subject solely to DreamsBoats’ absolute discretion.
• Rescheduling of trips for customers is subject to DreamsBoats’ available times and its absolute discretion.
• “Trip rescheduling” is allowed once per customer within a period not exceeding sixty days from the trip date.

Safety and Behavior Guidelines
• You must disclose any matter that may pose a risk to your health or safety.
• Adherence to general rules, public etiquette, prevailing customs, or traditions in the country during the trip or while present at DreamsBoats sites is mandatory.
• If you have any food or beverage allergies, you must inform us.
• Arriving at least fifteen minutes before the trip’s scheduled time is required.
• All passengers must wear life jackets and remain seated throughout the trip.
• DreamsBoats reserves the right to refuse any passenger whose behavior may potentially affect the boat’s safety or the safety of other passengers.
• DreamsBoats reserves the right to disembark any passenger from the boat or pier who does not comply with DreamsBoats’ issued instructions.
• You must comply with all procedures imposed by DreamsBoats.
Weather Change and Trip Policies
• In the event the trip captain is compelled to return urgently to the operation site (or any other location along the route) due to changes in weather conditions, DreamsBoats will be responsible for ticket replacements and/or refunds.
• Due to the nature of our work and its association with significant factors that may affect trip times, such as seasonal conditions, extreme weather, natural disasters, and coast guard/maritime authority requirements, it is not possible to guarantee trips schedules under those circumstances. However, every effort will be made to maintain the timetable. DreamsBoats closely collaborates with the coast guard authorities in the United Arab Emirates to ensure high levels of customer comfort and safety.

Privacy Policy
• The following personal information may be collected, stored, and utilized when using our website, and by using our site, you confirm and agree to the collection and storage of data and information about you, which includes:
1. Information about your phone device, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, geographic location, browser type and version, phone number, operating system, etc.
2. Information entered when creating a profile on our application, such as social status and some personal details.
3. Information like your name and email address entered for email subscriptions and/or newsletters.
4. Information generated while using the application, including visit times and usage frequency on the site.
• We may disclose your personal information to any of our employees, officials, advisors, agents, suppliers, or subcontractors as reasonably necessary for the purposes outlined in this policy, and if there is a need to disclose your personal information.

Insurance Coverage and Liability
• DreamsBoats does not assume any responsibility for personal injury, injuries to others, loss, or damage.
• Participation in the sea trip may involve risks under exceptional circumstances, and we do not hold any liability for this matter.
• DreamsBoats collaborates with the coast guard authorities in the United Arab Emirates to the fullest extent possible to ensure high levels of customer comfort and safety.
• DreamsBoats is not responsible for the personal property of its passengers that may have been damaged, stolen, or lost at any time during their presence on board the boat or on the dock.

Hazardous Elements and Behaviors
• You acknowledge not to possess any prohibited substances such as drugs, alcohol, or other prohibited items during the trip.
• You acknowledge not to carry or use weapons during the trip.
• You acknowledge not to smoke, consume alcoholic beverages, or bring pets during the trip.

Intellectual Property
• The website and the ideas expressed within it are solely our intellectual property rights. Any imitation or quoting of the application or some of its services (including ideas, texts, symbols, and software) constitutes a violation of our copyrights, and legal action will be taken against violators.
• All content included or available within the website’s services (such as texts, logos, images, graphics, audio recordings, button icons, digital content, reloaded materials, software, and data compilations) belong to our website and are protected by local state laws in the United Arab Emirates and international copyright laws.
• The compilation of all data listed in our services or provided by any of our services is exclusively owned by the application and the website, protected under copyright laws within the United Arab Emirates, internationally, and under current international agreements like the Berne Convention and the TRIPS Agreement.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
• Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website must be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
• The jurisdiction within the local state – courts of the United Arab Emirates – shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the interpretation or enforcement of the provisions of this agreement.
• If any judgment of the provisions of this agreement becomes ineffective, illegal, or unenforceable, the legality and enforceability of the other provisions shall not be affected in any way.

• Any notices required to be delivered to the website under this agreement must be sent through the available means provided by us within our website.

Acknowledgment of Terms

• You are responsible for using the website seriously and credibly and will be liable to compensate for any losses or damages caused to the website due to any unauthorized or illegitimate use.
